hannah's pennies for heaven

inspiration in shades of gray

I am showing you the inside of the 100 year old home of professional photographer and good friend hannah gray

When entering her home you immediately feel calmed. Shades of pale gray and rich charcoal combined with textural draped fabrics of sheer white linen feel ethereal. Colors flow beautifully from one room to the next. You will find minimal accessories in her home. Only items that serve a function or are esthetically pleasing to her eye are displayed. Everything that Hannah owns has had a previous life somewhere else in the world. Objects sometimes wear imperfections and scars from years past. This only adds interest and beauty in hannah's eyes.

I would call a professional buyer and refurbished . There are some people that are just gifted with the natural ability to see what others do not. The perfect example of this can be found in her unique style of photographic portraiture. Hannah has the gift of seeing the beauty and potential in the things that she finds at various yard sales and second hand shops. She has very limited funds and is very selective on what she brings into her home. She transforms her found treasures with paint to unify the look. Her creativity abounds through her home. If you would like to see hannah's work please check out her website.
