I do all my searching on CRAIGS LIST by location - I put in the name of my town and all surrounding town names. You may be surprised at what pops up. I just picked up this amazing antique scrubbed pine fireplace mantle from a Southampton estate for $150. This is going to be my next home improvement project. I will be attempting to improve my builders grade metal black fireplace insert. I will try to keep the entire cost under $200. I will keep you updated.
